Returns and Exchanges

General Return Policy 

We hope that you’re happy with your manny and simon products, but if you have a problem, all we ask is that you contact us within five days of receiving your order.
Provided you return the products in original, good condition, we’ll happily arrange an exchange or refund. However, the cost of shipping on the original order and returning the item to manny and simon is your (the customer) responsibility.  All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement.
Please email us, returns@mannyandsimon.com, to obtain an RA (return authorization) code and return address. Returned soft goods (apparel/accessories) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. Returned hard goods (toys, step stools, rockers) must be unaltered and returned in it’s original packaging and original condition. Please note, step stools and rockers must not be assembled if wanting to return. Items that have been worn or damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted.
If items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can replace the item for you asap. 
If the return is the result of our error (wrong product was shipped by manny and simon or the item is defective), we will either replace the wrong or damaged item or provide a full refund including shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective or damaged.

Items purchased for the full price listed on our site are eligible for exchange or returns. Sale items are final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

You must send the item back to us at the address provided from your correspondence with the manny and simon customer service department. Please send your return to us in a postage-paid package via United States Mail, Federal Express, United Parcel Service or another recognized carrier using delivery tracking and confirmation services, and please retain your receipt. You must include the reason you are returning the item(s), please be as specific as possible. Once we receive your package, we will exchange or refund it in the same form as the original payment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed with a manny and simon team member.

Please allow up to 30 days for exchange/returns processing.
If you do not have the original packing slip, please request a return form from one of our customer service representatives.
manny and simon is not responsible for product returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Failure to return a product within the applicable return period (30 days) will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product. Please allow up to thirty days after our receipt of the returned product for us to credit your account.
